Hello Sadish!
Is there any way possible clicking archive or categories sidebar and displaying full post, without the middle step - clicking the "read full post". Someone suggested me to copy whole text in html code from upper window in excerpt window. It works fine (count manual editing for all past and future posts, huh), except for displaying YouTube video, which is not ok.

You cannot edit the theme's files when you are with wordpress.com. So you got to live with this or try a different theme that shows full content in archive mode.
If you host your wordpress site yourself, then you can edit the theme files and fix this issue.
