We understand that choosing an excellent WordPress hosting can be difficult.
And that’s why we created this helpful guide,

to help you avoid potential mistakes and find your dream hosting company.

Here are a few factors to take into consideration before making your decision.

Speed

Speed is evermore important than it’s been before, gone are the days where a user will wait up to 10 seconds for a webpage to load. Faster internet speeds have made users more accustomed to at the decent loading time. You can use free tools like GTmetrix, Google Speed Tool, Pingdom and others to check the speed of your website. One technical aspect you should try to ensure your hosting provider as is SSD hosting instead of the standard storage device. SSDs are twice as powerful which will give you a slight boost in speed. To further enhance your loading time you can use a free CDN network like Cloudflare and use a cache plug-in if you’re using WordPress.

Any website which wants to rank higher on search engines and also offer highest possible user experience should have maximum page load time of 2 seconds. The page requests send to server from browser should also be minimum and so does the overall size of any single page.

Price:

Of course, another thing to take into consideration is the price and the features in which you will be getting. Below you will find a few of the best hosting sites that we recommend for anyone one wanting the best value for money. In the past, we’ve used well over 30 different web hosting company and I’ve narrowed it down to my top 3 favourites.

Support
Another thing you will want to consider is a type of support they offer.
I would have personally avoided hosting companies that don’t have a live chat to for support related queries. This is because there will be some circumstances where you have a technical server issue related to your site. If this was to happen you will want to be able to get a live chat get your issue resolved there and then instead of waiting up to 48 hours for a reply.

Now, since you’re aware of the factors. The next thing is to finalize the host. But, that doesn’t end the things for you. Now you’ve one more thing to filter out, i.e., the type of plan you wish to opt.

Following types of plans are offered by almost every modern hosting solution provider. I’ve listed them below with their individual details to get you a detailed knowledge of the same.

Our Top 3 Shared Hosting Sites:

This one is the most popular and cheapest available option for anyone. Shared hosting is the option one should choose if he/she isn’t expecting a lot of traffic on the website in starting.

Every website/blog takes time to get started and reach out to a level of traffic which shared one can’t handle. Till then, it will definitely be a better choice to stick with such plan and save a lot of money.

In a shared hosting, single server resources are offered to a lot of users. That clearly means yours and lots of other websites are hosted on a single server.

Of course, you can’t expect better support, speed, and reliability in this plan. But, you can definitely save a lot of money.

Siteground is a great hosting all round, they have provided the best support out of selected few we’ve tested for shared hosting. The packages are very reasonable to start with, sadly that cannot be said for the renewal price. However, what you can do is cancel your current subscription near the ending of your 12-month contract and the signup to a new contract to take advantage of the free migration service enjoy the same low price.

Bluehost is another great hosting provider to consider they are relatively inexpensive and gives you all the bells and whistles. The parent company is the Endurance group which owns many of the top hosting companies like Hostgator and others.

My third and final recommendation Inmotion hosting the price is slightly more expensive. But for that extra price, you get top-notch support and hosting performance. They are our chosen company we used to host WProcks to the World.

If you don’t have to worry about budget and are strictly looking for best-in-class service, then check out plans offered by WPEngine, Media Temple, and Pagely.

Wrap up

So, folks, that’s all from my side! I hope I made every point clearly which helped to get information and a better understanding of different options available to all of us. If there is any confusion or issue, then explain yourself in the discussion section and I’ll come up with a dedicated answer for the same.

For me the technical support is the most important part of any hosting company. I have tried several hosting providers and end up with Rosehosting.

I have been a customer of BlueHost for well over 7 years and in the last 2 years or so, things have gone downhill considerably.

I have experience with hosting WP websites at http://www.rosehosting.com and I am really happy with their service. Their fully managed service is out of this world. I think they are one of the best WordPress hosting company out there.
